Club Membership Fees

  1. Phoenix Volleyball Club membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
  2. Each year the Board of Directors will set the Phoenix Volleyball Club Fee amounts per team/age level category.
  3. Phoenix Volleyball Club understands that Volleyball Club fees are expensive and each family is different in terms of their family budget. The majority of the club's expenses are paid upfront (such as gym rental, tournament fees, membership insurance, jerseys/uniforms and coaching fees).
  4. Phoenix Volleyball Club can be flexible in payment terms and does require a fee for spreading out the payments overtime. Athletes/Parents can choose a club membership fee payment plan (A, B or C).
  5. All payments (post-dated cheques – cheques payable to Phoenix Volleyball Club) MUST be submitted by December 15th of the current season. Note: Nonpayment of membership dues - Phoenix Volleyball Club enforces a “NO PAY, NO PLAY” policy. Any athlete who does not pay/submit his/her club fees will be removed from the Phoenix Volleyball Club.
  6. The philosophy of Phoenix Volleyball Club is that an athlete is paying to provide him/her the opportunity to improve his/her volleyball skills. The athlete is not paying membership fees for match playing time, but for the betterment of himself/herself in the sport of volleyball.
  7. An athlete's payment of membership dues and acceptance agreement commits the athlete to the Phoenix Volleyball Club and requires both athlete and parent to adhere to all guidelines and policies set forth by the Phoenix Volleyball Club.
